It is just three months before the August 9 polls are held.  A large number of Kenyans are turning up as they pick positions be it independently or within a party. Apart from the three widely famous presidential aspirants Deputy President William Ruto, Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition boss Party Raila Odinga and Safina flagbearer Jimmy Wanjigi as at today's Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission deadline 46 other independent presidential candidates have have emerged. Since Multi party election in 1992 the Presidential Candidature of 2022 might be the longest list if all candidates are fully cleared by IEBC. However, according to IEBC it is not the presidential position alone that the number of participants has rapily increased.
